Holly Francis - Writer and Speech Coach
15+ years communications experience, both agency and corporate.  Most recently served as Director, Internal Communication for marchFIRST (formerly Whittman-Hart).  Three years as Vice President with Ketchum Public Relations' corporate communications group in Chicago . As Vice President, Public Relations, Holly helped create the MasterCom media and communications skills training division for Fyock & Associates, a leading Public Relations firm in Winston-Salem , North Carolina.

Holly received her Masters of Science in Communication (MSC) degree from Northwestern University and bachelors' degree from The University of Illinois.
